Case Study - Hotels
Travelodge Waterloo Road
Project involved a new hotel being built on Waterloo
Road which extended across three sites previously
occupied by two buildings and a 1940’s office
building. The 1940’s office building was retained
while the other two buildings were demolished.
The scheme comprises of a 278 bedroom
Travelodge, and associated car parking,
infrastructure. At street level, there is a contemporary
café bar and a large restaurant.
We were selected on this project not only because of
our long standing collaboration with John Sisk & Son
but for our knowledge and experience of working
in the hotel sector. Other hotel projects recently
secured with John Sisk & Son include the Grosvenor
Kensington Hotel and Premier Inn Hotel.
