Training
We are committed to training and recognise
that the most important resource for a successful
business is it’s staff. Spending on training
excluding salaries for employees or courses
continues to increase year on year to 1.78%,
of turnover in 2008, demonstrating our
commitment and extensive investment.
The company takes an integrated approach
to managing training and health and safety,
with our management system accredited to
OHSAS ISO 18001:2007
and
ISO 14001:2004
.
We are working towards
ISO 9001:2008
and
Investors In People
with the target to be
accredited to these standards during 2010.
We offer a range of access solutions for works
on and around railways including stations,
line extensions, bridges and maintenance and
repair works. We are accredited to Link-Up as
well as the NCCA Sentinel scheme.
Rail
Previous rail projects include the extension of
the East London line in London and the Leixlip
Railway Station development in Ireland. We are
approved to work on Network Rail, London
Underground and the Docklands Light Railway.
