Brogan Group is closely monitoring developments concerning the coronavirus pandemic and adhering to Government Guidance to ensure that health, safety and wellbeing of all our people and those we work with. We are currently fully operational although some clients have temporarily shut sites. The vast majority are still open.
As a business we are making some changes to how we operate and we are grateful to all Brogan Group employees across all regions for the way in which they have responded and adapted to this situation.
We are taking all necessary steps to prevent any potential business impact and have reviewed our methodology and risk assessments for activities on site to mitigate risk to our employees and others.
We constantly review labour requirements across all sites and have more than sufficient levels of personnel required to operate on each project whether it is scaffold, hoist, mast climber or common towers. We also maintain office support staff covering all areas of the business to ensure business continuity.
All meetings are now being carried out by video / telephone conference and staff have been advised to avoid any unnecessary travel. All site operatives have been given tool-box talks and updated advice when required. We have set up a Co-Ordination Team to monitor and respond where needed, also, to provide employees with designated and confidential points of contact. As many office staff are now working from home, we have instigated the use of Microsoft Teams to coordinate, manage and communicate.
Whilst these are challenging and unprecedented time for all of us, we would like to assure you that Brogan Group will continue to provide you with the highest level of service.
We wish to thank all our clients for their support and keeping us up to date with their plans.
