Scaffolding TrainingOur most important resource is our employees, and Brogan Group is committed to the ongoing training and development of each employee’s skillset to deliver its industry leading services.

Key to this is the creation of a working environment that is safe, challenging, responsive and fair for all our employees. The Group's training budget equates to approximately 3% of annual turnover and every employee benefits from their own defined training route.

We periodically carry out an organisational training needs analysis of all activities to establish minimum competency levels and identify where any training requirements need to be met. Following this review, appropriate training programmes will be developed to fulfil those minimum competency levels.

 Training for competence at Brogan Group is divided into several categories:

  • Induction
  • Management & Supervisory Skills
  • Health and Safety (CSCS)
  • Environment
  • Quality
  • Rail (PTS/LUL)
  • Modular (Toolbox talks, Task specific briefings)
  • Job Specific (IPAF, CPCS, CISRS)
