Junior Quantity Surveyor (Saudi National)

• Preparation of monthly payment applications and invoicing
• Attend meetings with clients at site to discuss and clarify for any claim verifications. 
• Review payment certificates received by clients and preparation of tax invoice.
• Monthly reporting to management
• Evaluate LPOs and subcontracts for any potential risk
• Payment follow up with clients
• Fluent in Arabic and English

Based in our Riyadh Office, travelling to our Dubai and UK offices when required.
