Affordable housing scheme

Burdett Wharf was a residential development in Limehouse Cut, East London. It provided a collection of 1, 2 and 3 bedroom family units, in a block that rises from 7 to 11 storeys and falls under the affordable housing scheme.

The area in which it has been built, Limehouse Cut was once the lifeblood of London as it created an important shortcut between rivers that made working life quicker and more efficient for the bargemen. It was popular with the locals since it opened in 1769 and is now a beautifully calm environment that has great access to central London and is located a mere 10 minutes from Canary Wharf.
