Extensive access at one of Britain’s largest regeneration areas
Alto was one of the phases of the Wembley Park regeneration scheme on the land around Wembley Stadium. Designed by Flanagan Lawrence Architects, the £75m development encompasses four towers ranging from 9 to 20 storeys with a total of 370 one to three bedroom apartments.
The scheme will also include retail units, a community town hall, low cost employments space and a landscaped podium deck over basement car parking.
We provided a scaffold package and a hoist package that included a total of 7 passenger/goods hoists that were installed to a maximum height of 55m.
Wates are proud to have Brogan as a supply chain partner. They were instrumental in the success of Project Alto Wembley from design through to completion of the project. This was a £113million milestone projects for Wates which led to further projects, the development of which Brogan are part of the success. This could not have been achieved without the site team led by Steve Herbert and Part Cobaj on what was a difficult projects due to cladding issues. Their cooperation and willingness to get the job one along with the site team has been second to none. To add to this success, Brogan won the Wates safety award based on the performance on Alto. Well done and thank you.
