We provided the external and internal access scaffolding for the refurbishment of the iconic hotel.
The safety of workers, as always, was paramount to us on this project which is why we worked closely with the client to install a temporary roof for the swimming pool. This was extremely important as anyone working on this area was in direct sunlight during the summer period. A design was implemented that factored in the locations of the support towers.
The scaffold package was required on the beach area of the hotel for the client’s steel structure installation to provide new cabanas on the beach. It was also used for demolition works at the back of the hotel to remove materials.
Various birdcages were erected to support the mast climber and for demolition to a ceiling. We also provided access scaffold for cladding works on the build.
We provided a mast climber to the atrium that was 87m high along with the supply of 100 scaffolders a day to the project in order to meet the client’s tight completion date.
