This project involved the redevelopment of a part vacant, out of centre retail site, located facing Edgware Road to the north of Colindale centre. A mixed-use podium and tall building development (6 - 17 storeys) comprises 460 self-contained flats and retail areas.
Installation
Providing scaffolding, mast climber and hoist access on the Capitol Way Project, featuring scaffolding, 6 hoists (5 single and 1 twin unit) and 90 mastclimber drive units in 53 positions.

Working with Brogan Group on this project has been a pleasure from the start, from the early design stage to the installation has been a pleasure. This project lends itself to the use of Mastclimbers and areas where not achievable, the co-ordination between scaffold and Mastclimbers gives a complete access solution which has been outstanding with no problem to big that they could not overcome easily by Brogans. Health and Safety is obviously our number one priority and it is refreshing to work with a subcontractor who have the same vision and goal. Brogan Group have a very proactive approach to Health and Safety which to a main contractor is very refreshing.
