Installation
We provided all temporary works, lifting equipment, testing and certifications to this development in Grosvenor Square. The temporary works that we provided was inclusive of hoist, scaffold and mast climber packages.
Our in-house design team worked extremely closely with the client in order to fabricate a number of items.
To meet the clients need for vertical access within the building car lift shaft, we provided a 4000kg lifting winch to the top of the shaft.
This involved erecting heavy-duty gallows brackets to the sharf walls to support the primary and secondary steel beam members which supported the chain hoist lifting winch. This lifting beam arrangement allowed the client to service the basement levels with the heavy M&E plant.
