Brogan Group are a growing Construction Company that is looking to recruit several Apprentice Business Administrators in our Business Development Department.

We would like people who are good communicators, able to deal with customers and fellow staff alike, on the phone and in person.

We are after people who have good IT skills and are ready to get stuck in with general office tasks such as email, filing and general office housekeeping.

We seek people who can create new ideas and practical solutions to problems, facilitate effective team working, inspire, and are determined to succeed with a positive “can-do” attitude.

The apprenticeship will enable you to achieve NVQ Level 3 Business Administration.

Job Description:

  • Administration support to Operations and Business Development.
  • Front desk and reception
  • Dealing with general telephone enquiries from clients and relaying onto relevant internal departments
  • Maintain / update CRM database in line with current tenders and future work.
  • Arranging for marketing materials
  • Liaising with clients and suppliers
  • General administrative tasks including filing, emails and general correspondence
  • Shared General office housekeeping and maintenance duties
