Scaffolding Design
- Brogan Group has its own team of in-house designers; five in the UK, three in the UAE and two in Ireland.
- Designs can be produced in 3D and Revit and Brogan Group is BIM compliant.

Scaffolding Supervisors
- Brogan Group has a team of 80+ 'black hat' supervisors with experience in all areas of access and relevant experience in managing large scaffolding projects on multi-million-pound developments.
- Our supervisors foster personal relationships with client teams and offer help and advice as required throughout the contract.
- They are the backbone of the service and the success of any project stems from their expertise and professionalism.
- Many have served 10 plus years and some up to 25 years.
- They are very experienced and experts in their trade and are a real asset to any project.
Scaffolding Management
- Brogan Group has experienced and capable bidding teams, commercial teams, logistics and support staff with a 'can-do' pro-active approach.
- Our pre-construction team offer professional, well thought out and planned assistance with the scope as well as advising on access options or combinations of options. They understand fully how best to approach the costing on the project and how to incorporate cost saving ideas and value engineered solutions to overcome specific access challenges.
- Our commercial team is non-confrontational in their approach and develop good working relationships of mutual respect and co-operation with their client counterparts.
- Our safety and design teams are also without rival in the industry.
Scaffolding Equipment
- We own over 30,000 tonnes of scaffold equipment
- It is stored in three depots in the UK totalling approximately 40,000m² with the principle central depot located in Gamlingay, Cambridgeshire.
- In Dublin, our depot is based in Greenogue Business Park, a 7000 m² purpose built facility.
- One Middle Eastern depot is located in Jebel Ali Industrial Free Zone and houses some 10,000 tonnes of scaffolding, the other is located in Riyadh
- All depots are equipped with telehandlers and maintenance teams and the standards set for the condition of the plant going to site is unrivalled in the industry.
Logistics
- Brogan Group has a fleet of 25+ Heavy Goods vehicles (artics and rigids), a large number of which have high capacity cranes.
- Our largest has a maximum lifting capacity of up to 18,000kg, capable of lifting 5,500kg at a maximum reach of 8.35m.
- The 18 tonne truck cranes facilitate self-delivery and off-loading of large 3.7 tonne + hoists on site, some of our cranes can extend up to 21m in height.
- Our range of trailers, which include step frames (to aid transporting high loads) give us independence and flexibility in servicing all our projects including those with challenging inner-city access restrictions.
- Our company also has 15 telehandler machines including 5 tonne capacity machines with 360° functions.
Scaffolding Safety
- Our standards are set to the highest level in the industry.
- Scaffolders all use safety glasses and gloves as well as the mandatory PPE. All tools are tethered.
- Our Health and Safety team constantly engage in several in-house and industry wide mental health initiatives which are rolled out on an ongoing basis.
- Annual safety critical medicals.
- We place a lot of emphasis on behavioural safety in the company as we believe it is crucial to our own goal of continual improvement.
