Structural Engineer

We are currently recruiting for a Structural Engineer to join our UAE team

The ideal candidate for this position will possess but not limited to:

• Structural Engineering Degree - Bachelors or similar

• Must Have DM Design Approval

• Min. 5 Years UAE Experience

• Experience in Scaffolding Design

• Experience in Mast Climber Design

• Confident using AutoCAD

• Valid UAE Driving License

Duties:

• Prepare reports, designs and drawings of structural scaffolds
• Monitor and inspect work undertaken by contractors
• Consult with clients / main contractors to discuss, resolve and design major structural scaffold and mast climber design requirements.
• Adhere to Brogan Groups internal process and procedures.
• Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and all operational team members.
• Ensure all designs adhere to the latest codes of practice and UAE regulations
• Apply engineering knowledge to analyse the structural integrity of scaffolding and temporary work structures.
• Propose effective control measures to reduce and eliminate risk.
• Conduct site surveys, assess site information, liaise with clients and site teams, as well as represent the Company.
• Understand the practicalities of the erection, use and dismantle of scaffolding, as well as its main functions in key industry sectors, and apply this knowledge to improve our service provision, processes and standards.
