Contracts Manager

The ideal candidate will possess but not limited to:

• Previous experience as Scaffolding Contracts Manager and has experience with Mastclimber and Construction Hoists.
• Experience on large scale projects
• Excellent IT skills will be essential for any successful applicant, with a working knowledge of CAD and BIM
• Self-motivated with the desire to develop a career in a growing company
• Must be organised, manage time effectively, able to deliver work on time and of a consistently high standard
• Maintain and develop client relationships to secure further work opportunities
• Trustworthy and able to deal appropriately with confidential information
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage varying tasks
• An excellent communicator (both orally and written)
• Minimum 5 yrs experience in the Middle East.
• Valid UAE driving license
• Capable of running multiple large-scale projects.
• Willing to travel to different countries in the Middle East
