Canary Wharf

Brogan Group were awarded the hoist package for buildings A2 & A3 of the Wood Wharf scheme, which is Canary Wharfs first ever residential development.

A3 will include 74 studios, 115 one-bedroom apartments, 141 two-bedroom apartments and 15 three-bedroom apartments, within a 42-storey tower and extending 13-storey structure.

Next to A3 at a right angle will be a second, 13-storey residential and retail building (A2). The ‘carved’ volumes are linked at ground floor by a connecting canopy, which creates a double height lobby and entrance area housing a winter garden.
