Heriot Watt University - Knowledge Park

Heriot Watt University which has operated in International City Dubai, UAE since 2005 and recently earned a prestigious five-star ranking from Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA), has signed a 10-year lease for a 218,000 sq ft campus in Dubai Knowledge Park. The campus will include a dedicated student hub, a central student services centre, enhanced library and social learning spaces, as well as the wide range of digitally enhanced classrooms, seminar rooms, studios, and laboratories.

Brogans scope on this est. $50 million project was the installation of a Passenger / Goods Single Hoist (Model: NOV2032) used to shift material and personnel fast and safe to their optimum working height. We also installed 6Nos loading platforms used to aid on and off-loading material.

Brogan supplied cradle access to carry out works on the glass façade installation and in regards to the interior works for the new campus, we provided the design and installation of access scaffolding needed to achieve the high quality fit out.
