Clay Farm

Clay Farm is a major residential development in Dublin 18. The development will add around 2,300 homes, as well as a park, secondary school, primary school, community centre and retail space to the south Dublin area.

Brogan scope of works includes a scaffolding package that provides exterior scaffolding access and fall protection for the apartment blocks of the development.

Our scaffolding package is working in unison with the Formwork contractor to provide support as they lay shuttering tables. The scaffold covers the full perimeter of the façade on multiple apartment blocks with some internal scaffold also.
