Burlington Plaza

This represents one of the most significant and prestigious office developments in the capital. This new twin-block corporate headquarters on Burlington Road in Dublin 4. Throughout Ireland, there is one address that defines sophistication, success and exclusivity, an area known for its rich architectural heritage and its many embassies. That address is Dublin 4.

Work entailed providing independent scaffold, loading bays and mast climbers for work by Stonetech.  The development is a stones throw away from Trinity College, St Stephen's Green, Leinster House and the National Gallery of Ireland. This unrivalled commercial destination is home to many of Ireland's most successful businesses, banks and government offices.

Block 1 of the development will have six floors and Block 2 five floors. The high percentage of glazing will maximize views over Dublin 4 to the Dublin Mountains. The two blocks can be interconnected or let separately and the lay-out is designed to be flexible as well as efficient.

Among the specifications are chilled beams which are a much more efficient, comfortable and cost-effective system of cooling a building than air conditioning. They make less noise, save up to 30% on running costs and 50% on maintenance, and create a healthier working environment because of the increased number of air changes.
