Located in the vibrant Business Bay, Dubai and a 10 min drive from the world’s largest mall, Brogan Group have started works on the 110mH Zada Tower, supplying Mast Climbers for the 26-storey building.
Valued at $49.2 million, 699 one-bedroom apartments will be supported by a fitness centre, swimming pool, and outdoor cinema.
A number of mast climbers will be erected to both full width and height enabling access to as much of the façade as possible.
Brogan Group estimate to be completed on the project in 4 months’ time.
