Brogan Group have been awarded the access package for a major residential development in Dubai, set to become one of the city’s largest nature-focused “forest-living” communities.
Independent and cantilever scaffolding systems will be supplied to support the construction of more than 7,000 residential units, along with walking and cycling trails, wellness facilities, and mixed-use retail spaces.
The development is designed to promote sustainable living by creating a cooler micro climate and improving air quality through large-scale tree planting and environmentally conscious design solutions.
