Brogan Group are mobilizing access solutions on Creek Vistas Reserve building, 33 residential floors offering 330 no. one- and two-bedroom apartments and three above-ground parking levels.
Creek Vistas Reserve marks the third multi-storey project Brogan Group have been awarded in the Sobha Hartland area, 743,224 square meters of freehold community in Mohamed bin Rashid Al Maktoum City.
Brogan Group currently have 8Nos mast climbers installed on the 140mH residential building, a combination of twin and single Double stacked machines. As the project develops over 40Nos. mast climbers will be installed for the fixing of Aluminum Composite panels to the façade of the 33-floor building.
Our design team proposed the fastest and most convenient layout plan for the Brogan double-stacked Mast Climbers and they will support the site team by monitoring the daily erection work at site.
Brogan Group had previously supplied access solutions to Creek Vistas and work is still being carried out on One Park Avenue. This latest part of the development has an estimated total project value of $200 million and is due to be complete by April 2022.
