Brogan Group is providing powered access to The Crest located at Sobha Hartland, UAE.
Single Mast Climbers have been erected on site in order to enable material shifting to floors and the erection of ACP panels on the facade, works on the building will reach heights of up to 120 meters.
Works are expected to last up to 5 months on the multi-building complex consisting of 47 floors across 4 towers A to D.
Upon completion the towers offer 1-to-3-bedroom apartments and will offer amenities such as a fitness centre, barbeque area, kids play area, sky gardens, a swimming pool and yoga studio.
