Brogan Group UAE has secured the package on the powered access to Sobha Crest Grande located in Sobha Hartland, Dubai.
Brogan’s remit includes the provision of both single and twin configured mast climbers on site enabling bracket fixing and the installation of ACP panels.
Works are due to last for 8 months on the multi-building complex project, consisting of 3 towers. Each tower is 44 storeys high featuring 1 - 4-bedroom apartments along with facilities such as on-site gym, infinity pool, barbeque areas, running tracks and various retail outlets.
