We have secured our latest contract with the main contractor for a regeneration project on an office building in Southwark, south London, after being selected to provide the access package.
The scheme comprises the refurbishment and extension of the existing building at 65 Southwark Street, which will modernise the external elevations, and extend the five-storey building with two additional floors. The ground floor will also incorporate retail units as part of new plans for the office block.
The front elevation of the existing block covers 50 metres of the Southwark Street frontage and will be transformed upon completion of the project. The redevelopment is one of many in the area as Southwark borough undergoes a major investment drive.
The supply and erection of scaffolding will begin on site in the coming weeks.
