Brogan Group have returned to one of our earliest projects in the Middle East, the signature Capital Gate building in Abu Dhabi. The award-winning tower stands at160m and inclines at an angle of 18° westward, 14° more than Italy’s Leaning Tower of Pisa.

In 2009, Brogan installed external scaffolding up 98m to the cantilevered 'tearoom' structure on the 30th floor, helping create a Guinness Book of Record ‘World's Furthest Leaning Manmade Tower.'

Brogan return for works on the interior of the building with the design, supply, and erection of access scaffolding for the renovation of the internal lobby area, which includes recladding and upgrading to a marble interior.

The refreshing of some of the Abu Dhabi National Exhibitions Company (ADNEC) interiors will further the building’s reputation as a leading destination for business meetings and events in Abu Dhabi, with 153,678 square metres of versatile event, banquet, and meeting space.
