Stretching 100 metres high, One Park Avenue is a new luxury apartment complex with uninterrupted views of Downtown Dubai. The 24-floor building will have access provided by Brogan Group, who will initially design and install 12 Single Double Stacked Mastclimbers for the project.
403 apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms will be built with balcony views of Dubai Creek, Downtown Dubai, Ras Al Khor Wildlife Sanctuary, Dubai Water Canal and Meydan Racecourse.
The Brogan Mastclimbers will enable the installation of a special noise-cancelling aluminium façade for the $70,000,000.00 building, featuring six Sky Gardens suitable for outdoor cinema or yoga sessions.
Brogan Group have been involved in other nearby projects including Creek Vistas. One Park Avenue is due to be completed in November 2021.
