This estimated $22.5 million project involves the construction of the Dutch pavilion spread over an area of 2,170 square meters and 15 meters in height. The project will include exhibition space, business and VIP lounges, restaurants, shops, outdoor areas, and gardens.

The centre piece will be a cone-shaped vertical biotope that produces water, renewable energy, and organic mushrooms.

Brogans scope of works includes the design and installation of the access scaffold required for the main structure’s external cladding and the interior finishing’s of the building.

The structure will be built using locally sourced materials that will be recycled after Expo, minimizing its ecological footprint. The Pavilion hopes to pave the way for more partnerships between the Netherlands and the Gulf region which Brogan Group hope to support once again.
