Brogan Group have been awarded the mast climber works package for a mixed-use development in Midtown, Dubai.
Brogan is installing 24 No. Single and Twin configured machines for the façade works on the 60m high Tower.
Due to some protruding lower balcony elements to the building’s design, the first anchor points on several of the installations were installed higher up the façade than normal, requiring intricate tie design to ensure installation safety.
The development in Dubai Production City Midtown comprises six districts spanning 24 buildings, across a built-up area of almost five million square feet offering a multitude of amenities designed to prioritize community living in a family-friendly environment.
