We are providing a hoist package for a new build project at 80 Fenchurch Street. This building is set to become a 14-storey landmark for the City of London comprising 240,000 sq ft of Grade A office accommodation and 12,250 sq ft of retail space. Exemplar and Partners Group teamed together to develop a truly iconic office building in the heart of the City of London. The project offers a rare alternative to many of the urban blocks made up of glass and concrete that you are used to seeing in the City through the inclusion of six landscaped roof terraces.
We will be providing a variety of hoists on this job, including a 4 tonne and 2 tonne beam hoist, a number of twin hoists and some Goods hoists also. We will begin work on site in early February 2019 and the project is due for completion in 2020.
We are delighted to be returning to Fenchurch Street after our prestigious works on 20 Fenchurch Street, otherwise known as the Walkie-talkie and at a new flagship Marks and Spencer store located at no. 12 on the same street also.
