We are providing a combined access package inclusive of scaffold and a number of crane decks to River House, the former home of Dublin’s sole motor tax services. Our remit includes full perimeter scaffold access, internal scaffolds and a large gantry that will provide protection to the public on the heavily populated Greek Street.

Dublin’s tram system, the Luas line runs parallel to the development and thus, Brogan engineers will be working closely with the main contractor to ensure safety at all times.

Currently, the River House site in Dublin 7 is commonly many people’s least favourite building in Dublin which is why the demolishment of the six-storey building is heavily anticipated. In its wake, a new eight storey development is set to be built, including a mezzanine level between the double height ground floor and first floor and a setback seventh floor.

The new development will be much busier and more welcome to the area as a 249-bedroom hotel development over a single basement. An independent café/restaurant unit is to be accommodated on the ground floor and mezzanine level. It will also boast a hotel lobby, reception, breakfast area, fitness suite and meeting and function rooms.
