Brogan Group are providing hoists for a major residential project in Colindale. Situated on the former RAF Hendon Aerodrome site, Beaufort Park is a unique residential complex located in Barnet. Facilities in the 25 acre site include a residents' swimming pool and spa, a gymnasium, car parking and 24-hour security. 8 acres of the site is formed of open space and greenery. Our works continue on this major project supporting the build of several new residential blocks mixing studio, one, two and three-bedroom flats.
Since the development's conception, over 2,000 homes have been delivered at Beaufort Park which has transformed what was a redundant RAF aerodrome to a vibrant new community. Brogan Group continues its work at Beaufort Park with the supply of passenger / goods hoists. The Beaufort Park development is due for completion in 2020.
