Brogan Group have been contracted to design and supply the hoist access package for the construction of three aesthetically superb residential blocks designed around a cascading water landscape as part of a larger regeneration project at White City.
The Water Gardens, Phase 3 of the White City Living masterplan of regeneration in the area, will use our hoists to aid in the efficient construction of four Water Garden towers, clad in terracotta, which mark the eastern boundary extent of the development.
We are providing a number of hoists for the project that includes 24/38-2m twin and 24/38-2m single machines with 2.4m landing gates, which will be used over the schedule of the build to provide access in varying positions for up to 35 landings over periods of up to 104 weeks respectively. Our design incorporated adaptive measures for one of the tower cores, which will have special 2.5m long steel landing bridges due to the hoist position and the building’s shape. This isn’t the only bespoke element on this project, as all hoists, usually painted in our trademark hoist colour of bold red, are being painted white to suit the requirements of this particular development.
The project is due for completion 2023.
