We have secured the hoist package for Victoria Way, a new development in Charlton, the Royal Borough of Greenwich, London. Our remit is made up of a number of single 20/32 hoists which will be a mix of passenger/goods and goods only which will service eight storeys.
Victoria Way offers 121 one, two- and three-bedroom apartments and 15 executive houses among communal landscaped courtyards. Each home is accompanied by either a private balcony, terrace or garden and residents private parking.
We secured a hoisting contract at Regency Heights, Park Royal with the developer for Victoria Way earlier on in the year which enabled us to develop a good working relationship to secure this contract.
