Oscar winning, India-based Bollywood and Hollywood music composer and songwriter AR Rahman, has teamed up with Expo 2020 to open The Firdaus Studio, which will become a permanent fixture at the 4.38km2 site and will be a part of District 2020 in the legacy stage.

Firdaus, meaning ‘Paradise’ in Arabic, Women’s Orchestra, is inclusive of 50 musicians from across the UAE and wider MENA region who will come together to create a musical project led by AR Rahman himself, with the studio being the rehearsal base in preparation for their inaugural performances.

Brogan Groups scope on the estimated $5,000,000.00 project was the design and installation of scaffolding for the façade works and work is due to be complete in July 2021.
