Brogan Group has been awarded the mast climber works package for a Residential and Hotel development in Dubai Hills Estate.
Brogan’s scope covers the supply of numerous MCWP units reaching heights of over 70m supporting the construction of 105 hotel rooms and 144 residential apartments, including studios and 1, 2, and 3-bedroom units.
Scheduled for completion in late 2026, the project is directly connected to Dubai Hills Mall, which offers more than 600 retail, dining, and entertainment outlets.
