DEIRA CITY CENTRE MEP WORK
Brogan Group are currently working on the access scaffolding package for the upgrading of the MEP works for Deira City Centre in Dubai. Deira City Centre is one of the oldest malls in the UAE located in Bur Dubai, the 1.2 million sqft mall has 370 no. shops and parking for 3,600 cars. In March 2013 City Centre Deira announced a US $5.9m redevelopment of the mall. The MEP upgrading works are currently underway and expect to be completed by Q2 2016.
