The project involves construction of a new 25 storey Kempinski hotel located in Business Bay, Dubai with a built-up area of 300,000 square feet. It will offer residents and tourists 259 guestrooms, a number of food and beverage facilities, fully-equipped meeting rooms, health club, spa and a swimming pool deck which sits on a podium. The building has been designed in such a way to allow all rooms to have clear views of the Burj Khalifa.
Brogan Group are providing Cradle access for the facade installation of the 5* hotel.
