Cradle project under way at Vida Residences, Dubai Marina.

Brogan Group are providing the design, installation and dismantling of access scaffolding and elevated working platforms (cradles) for Vida Residences $120 million project located in Dubai Marina.

The project involves the construction of a 50 Storey 5 star hotel tower including a seven level podium with more than 350 services apartments ranging from one to four bedrooms. The project will feature food and beverage outlets, a swimming pool and parking area. The Vida Residences will be built on the site of the demolished Yacht Club and is divided into residential and hotel units.
