Brogan Group will be Cradle Access suppliers for the Palace Project, a $220 million development in Dubai Creek Harbour, and the latest edition to the ongoing 600-hectare Dubai Creek Harbour development.
The mega-project headed by Emaar Properties involves the construction of two adjacent high-rise buildings. The first is Palace Residences, a 47-storey residential space, which will offer 587 apartments and the second is The Palace Hotel, a 9-storey, 121-room hotel.
Brogan Group are working with Glass and Aluminium Contractor Inventure by providing up to 20Nos. Access Cradles, suspended using F brackets, to facilitate the glass façade installation.
These safe working platforms allow for works on the building’s façade to be carried out without the need for anchor tying, making them ideal for glass façade installation as well as cladding and painting.
