Brogan Group have finished access works on a unique Villa Complex on the opulent Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi.
The 27 square-kilometre isle is a world-class leisure, residential, business and cultural hub, just seven minutes from downtown Abu Dhabi.
The project differed from the commercial/residential Towers that Brogan Group are used to, instead involving a buyer-lead luxury design on two three-storey houses, with each plot approximately 2,400sqm.
The 18-month project saw the Brogan UAE division design, supply, and erect Access Scaffolding for the exterior façade as well as interior light fittings and paintwork.
The project received numerous inspections from the Abu Dhabi Municipality, which approved the high standard of health and safety carried out by all the suppliers involved, including Brogan Group.
