We have recently been audited for, and successfully passed, our BSI accreditations.
The audit included a six monthly visit regarding ISO 9001 and 14001. These are the two most popular standards, ISO 9001 being used by over 1,000,000 organisations across 178 countries, and ISO 14001 being used by over 220,000 organisations across 159 countries.
Also part of the audit was a recertification visit for our OHAS 18001, which is the internationally recognized assessment specification for health and safety management systems. It addresses key areas such as planning for hazard identification, risk assessment, performance measuring, training, awareness and competence.
We will have our recertification visit for our ISO 14001, and look forward to being successful on that also.
