A selection of UAE-based cafés, restaurants and food trucks will be showcased at Expo 2020 exhibition in Dubai later this year, with over 190 countries exhibiting.
Brogan Group are creating the stage platform for the food trucks that will feed this vast exhibition. We have supplied, designed and installed a 4,200m3 platform using cuplock, H20 beams and 18mm marine plywood.
The Food Trucks are offering millions of visitors the chance to taste varied cuisines and giving renowned local establishments such as the Arabian Tea House; Al Farwania, an Indian gem and Seashell Cafeteria; the opportunity to make their mark on the international food scene.
This staging is one of over 30 projects that Brogan have worked on for Expo 2020 providing access solutions, including pavilions for Saudi Arabia, Germany and Ireland.
