We are pleased to announce we have been awarded the access package for St Davids II Shopping Centre by Irvine Whitlock.
The St David's II development will build on the already successful shopping formula of the existing St Davids Shopping Centre in Wales and make it even stronger. It will add modern units in a wide range of formats and create a new shopping circuit extending to the South of the city.
Together the St David's II development and existing St David's Shopping Centre will cover approximately 1.4million ft² (129,500 m² approx), creating a stunning new retail destination, one of the largest in the UK.
Brogan Group will be supplying a range of mastclimbers both single and twin mast for cladding work on the car park and ramps
The Shopping Centre is due for completion at the end of 2009. The overall project is being carried out by main contractor Bovis.
