Brogan Group have started works at the new build Premier Inn, located in Dubai’s Al Jaddaf, after securing the internal and external scaffolding package.
The 8 storey building will accommodate 300 hotel rooms, along with function rooms, and a restaurant.
The development is part of the UK-based economy hotel brand Premier Inn’s plans to open 30 properties in the Gulf region by 2020 as it looks to fill a gap in a market dominated by luxury accommodation.
Five-star hotel rooms account for nearly 62 percent of the total branded hotel inventory in Dubai and nearly 50 percent of the upcoming inventory also in the upscale category.
The US$27m project is set for completion by Q4 2017.
