Bab Al Shams is a 5-star Arabian-style retreat hotel located in Dubai, originally built in 2004 and extended in 2006. The resort is now undergoing renovation work with Brogan Group awarded the Scaffolding Access package.
Access works have already begun on two of the restaurants, rooms, and public space. Brogan Group have also provided shade protection type scaffolding and walkways where all site workers can take respite and abide by the summer outdoor work break.
Owned by Meydan, the management of the resort falls under Kerzner International and will reopen as part of Kerzner’s ‘Rare Finds’ portfolio in April 2023.
