Brogan Group has secured the external scaffolding package for the Arisha Terraces residential and commercial development in Dubai Sports City.
The project will deliver 419 apartments across four blocks, with completion scheduled for 2027.
Residents will benefit from a range of amenities, including a barbecue area, cinema, gym, co-working space, retail outlets, and rooftop gardens.
