Brogan Group will be providing powered access to Wasl Tower located on Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai.
Two Mast Climber machines with 2 tonne capacity and a cantilever of 1.8 meters have been erected on site in order to facilitate access to the facade for bracket and aluminium panel fixing.
Works will reach heights of up to 50m and last up to 4 months on the 64 storey mixed-use building, featuring a hotel, residential units, office space, 11 floors of parking and a helipad.
The skyscraper features a twist design so that it ‘faces every direction’. This is to allow both a shading and cooling technique in order to provide a cooling effect in the summer months.
