Access package secured on Number 2 Capital Quarter, Cardiff
Brogan Group have secured the overall access package for the Grade A, seven storey landmark development in the heart of Cardiff City.
This is the second office development at Capital Quarter, with a footbridge which links the Capital Quarter site to the City Centre, provides excellent access for both pedestrians and cyclists.
We provided mastclimber requirements on Phase 1 of the project which consisted of office and residential space, as well as student and retail accommodation.
The building, when complete will provide 85,077 sq ft of high quality office space
Works are due for completion December 2015
