Brogan Group will be providing hoist access for the Westfield Stratford City M7 office project in East London. This involves two brand new 14 storey buildings with double-height reception foyers in each. This project is at the heart of Stratford City's zone 1 masterplan, supporting Newham Council's vision for new job and training opportunities in the area. Both buildings are linked through a shared winter garden at ground level. M7 block will provide around 76,000 square feet of occupiable office space.
They will be built over what was the media hub for the 2012 London Olympics, in close proximity to Queen Elizabeth Olympic Park itself. The existing retail floorspace on site right now will be replaced with two retail units at the ground floor of Building B. The project is due for completion in 2019.
