We will be providing the access package to the main contractor for refurbishment and redevelopment works to St Ermin’s Hotel in Westminster.
Adjacent to St James’s Park in London, the Victorian building was established as a hotel in 1905 after it was built as a block of mansion flats in 1887.
The access requirements include the provision of scaffolding, and goods and passenger hoists to facilitate an extension to the rear of the building and for refurbishment works to all bedrooms and meeting rooms. Further accommodation will also be created from office space in the building.
The project, valued at £30 million, is scheduled for completion by mid 2011.
